德州恒力电机有限责任公司成立于一九六六年，原机械工业部船用电机定点生产厂家之一，成立以来一直为海军配套舰、船用电机，是目前国内最大的船用电机生产企业，其中船用起重电机市场占有率达到75%以上。

      公司主要生产普通电机、船/舰用电机、船用起重电机、矿用防爆、船用防爆、船用侧向推进器用电机、变频电机、船用电控箱及各系列的派生产品等几十个系列两千多个品种规格的产品，均等效采用国际IEC标准，并达到了国际现代化产品水平。 被广泛应用于舰船的发电、电力拖动、起货起重、甲板机械以及机械、化工、建筑、纺织、矿山、风机、泵类等行业。

公司现有职工700多人，其中专业技术人员106人，高级职称的16人，占地面积15万平方米，年生产能力150万千瓦，拥有完善的计量、检测手段。安装有加工、装配、试验等十几条生产流水线及多种先进成套设备，是集设计、生产、开发、安装和服务为一体的综合性公司。

      公司拥有完善的质量保证体系，先后获得国家船检局、渔检局船用电机产品型式认可，公司产品还获得法国船级社BV、韩国船级社KR、英国船级社LR、意大利船级社RINA、美国船级社ABS、德国船级社GL、挪威船级社DNV、日本船级社NK、俄罗斯船级社RS等多家国外船级社产品认可。公司1996年通过ISO9001质量体系认证；2003年通过中国新时代认证中心的GJB9001A-2001、GB/T19001-2000质量体系认证；2006年获得国家产品质量免检证书；2007年通过了国防武器装备科研生产单位、保密资格审查认证委员会的二级保密资格单位；同年又通过了海军总装备部的二方认定和国防科工委的武器装备科研生产许可证。2008年通过了中国质量认证中心的CCC强制性产品认证，2010年通过了中国质量认证中心的中国节能产品认证。

      公司拥有一支实力雄厚的技术研发队伍，自主开发了600千瓦船用侧向推进器电机，YB₂-H\YBT-H系列船用隔爆电动机等多种舰船用电机；与科研院所和大专院校合作，开发了多种技术领先、性能先进的舰船用电机，为国家国防事业作出了企业应有的贡献；公司拥有国家专利5项，还有8项国家专利已经受理申请，此外，公司主持和参加制订电机技术条件规范国家标准、军用标准和行业标准共11项，并且公司多项成果获得省市科技进步奖项。

Established in 1966，Dezhou Hengli Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd is one of the manufacturers for former Machinery Industry Department. From its establishment, it always provides supporting marine and naval motors for navy. At current, it is the most powerful enterprise of marine motors manufacturer in china, especially marine motor for hoisting takes about more than 70% market shares.

The company mainly produces general motors, marine /naval motors, marine motors for hoisting, flameproof motors used in mine, flameproof motors used on board, marine motors for single-side thruster, frequency conversion motors, electric cabinet for marine use and other related products of each series and so on. The products are about tens of series with more than two thousand types. They all adapt to International IEC standard and meet with the level for international modernization products. The products are suitable for generating, electric traction, hoisting on board,  deck machinery, machinery, chemical industry, architectural industry, textile, mine, ventilation, pump and so on.

The company has about 700 workers, including 106 technicians and 16 technicians with senior technical title. The company covers 150,000 square meters, with 1,500,000 KW annual production capacities. In 1996, the company passed ISO9001 system of quality authorization. In 2003, it passed GJB90001A-2001 and GB/T19001-2000 systems of quality certification. In 2006, our products had authorized by National Technology Supervision Bureau as free-inspection products. In 2007, it became the research and production unit for National Defense Weapon Equipment, the second level secrecy qualification unit of Secrecy Qualification Certification Committee. At the same year, it also passed the Secondary Authentication by Naval General Equipment Bureau and gained the weapon equipment research production certificate which was issued by State Commission of Science and Technology for National Defense Industry. In 2008, it passed the 3C Compulsory Certification by China Quality Certification Center and gained the energy-save products certification of Fangyuan Mark Certification Group.

The company owns a powerful technology research group, and autonomously develops 600KW marine use single-side thruster motor, YB-H/YBT-H series marine ex-proof motor and many kinds of naval/marine motors. It also cooperates with many research institutes and universities to develop advanced and super performance naval/marine use motor and makes contributions to national defense. The company owns 5 national patents and 8 applications for national patents have been handled over. In addition, the company presides and takes part in laying down 11 items of motor’s technology conditions、military standards and industrial standards.
